Here’s how I like my summer desserts: Fast, easy and fruity. I don’t want to spend too much time heating up the oven or making complicated desserts. I want to serve a quick and tasty treat perfect for a potluck or BBQ. I whipped up a blueberry rhubarb coffee cake and nectarine rhubarb crisp that fit the bill nicely!
