It’s officially canning season at the Ely Hilltop Garden! It gets cool up north early, so I make sure to pick my bounty of tomatoes and canning vegetables earlier than you might in the Twin Cities or further south, but I can’t let any little treasures go to waste. Below you’ll find two wonderful recipes for canning some of your garden treats.
