I am writing this on a boat in St Marten's harbor on my way for a seven-day sailing trip with friends. We have rented a 48-foot catamaran for three couples. This gives you four bedrooms—two at each pontoon, separated by a bathroom. We flew a five-hour flight on Sun Country and, after waiting in customs for an hour due to Spring break, embarked on our boat, which was captained by my husband, Kurt.
