Spring Cakes and a New Soup

Soup for a never-ending winter, and some light, bright spring cakes.

Winter won’t end, huh? I started planning some tasty spring treats for Easter and upcoming gatherings, and then I looked up and realized it’s still soup season. I’ll try not to dwell on the weather (there have been some peeks of sun and snow melting!), but it still feels like winter out there. I guess the upshot is I can add to my soup repertoire.
