Ok, so it might be an exaggeration to say it’s time to start thinking about putting your Instant Pot away for the year. It’s a year-round gadget, after all. But, don’t we all think of cozy, warm recipes when we think of our Instant Pots? With March here, I am dreaming on warmer weather, which means light salads and barbecues, and a little less time with slow cookers. With that in mind, it seems like a good day to look back on some of my favorite Instant Pot recipes to make before the weather gets warmer.
