Do I have to start this newsletter with a snow reference? I suppose it’s Minnesota law, so I’ll just say I hope you’re staying safe and warm, and that a blizzard is a great excuse for some frozen pizza!

The event inspired me to make my own Instant Pot butter chicken recipe, and the results were fantastic. I recommend trying this one with some of my homemade sourdough naan.
