The hardest part about cabin season is that it ends. Every year we winterize our cabin so it’s ready for spring, and while I’m a bit jealous of people who use their cabins year-round, I also love the ritual of opening the cabin in spring and closing it down in fall. It’s a fun way to track the seasons.
