Hi Stephanie! I love your pork rub. I also like things spicy. I have been using the pork rub on my pork steaks and it is delicious. I wrap them in plastic and let the seasoning marinate the pork for about an hour in the fridge. Then I grill them. So good! That rub is also great on a grilled pork tenderloin.. yum!
