Early spring is all about Fish Fry Fridays

Sometimes I wonder if we are a little silly in Minnesota for only focusing on fried fish once a year during Lent. Sure, you can get tasty fish and chips around town any time of year, but we all know this time of year is the only official fried fish season. If you‘ve stopped into your favorite joint on Friday leading up to Easter, you know what I’m talking about.
