Kick off summer with rhubarb and asparagus recipes!

This past weekend was one of my favorite events of the year—garden planting! I spent the weekend at the cabin prepping the Ely Hilltop Garden, and as always can’t wait to watch it flourish over the summer. I spotted some asparagus popping and planted some of my favorite veggies. It won’t be long before I’ll have some nice asparagus stalks, which means it’s time for asparagus recipes.
