Good morning. I hope your Turkey is thawing in the refrigerator. If not, put it in there, and tomorrow morning, take it out, dry it with a paper towel, salt it, and then put it back in until Thursday morning. This is perfect Turkey prep!

We went to Cannon Falls to @ferndalemarket and got our Turkey Friday Night.

We have talked about Thanksgiving a lot at this point, but my favorite radio show on Weekly Dish is the Turkey Show. We open the phone lines for the show—our slight nod to the excellent Lynne Rossetto Casper from the Splendid Table. Stephanie and I saw her at an event a few weeks back, and I always get so nervous around her that I can't even bring myself to say hello. I feel like it’s bothering her, and I revere her so much I want her to live in peace without intrusions from fans. It's weird, I know, because when I meet “you guys” in the real world, I am delighted, so… moral of the story, if you see me out in the wild… “Say Hi.” Next time I see Lyne, I’ll say hi, too!
