What I am cooking:

Last night, I hosted a dinner party. It was auctioned off at the “Pay It Forward Fund”, casino night that’s very fun and open to the public. The fund helps people pay bills while undergoing breast cancer treatment. I typically say no to these kind of things. I imagine someone donating thousands of dollars for dinner in my home, then getting here and being disappointed I am a home cook and not a professional chef. In this case, I knew the couple that bought that dinner, so I did it. Having a dinner party is my jam. I love entertaining. It's so fun to sit around a table with your friends, drinking wine, exchanging stories, and eating good food. I always try to remember that any dinner your guests don’t have to make themselves is a good dinner! It doesn’t matter what you serve so long as you have fun!
